I have a wireless computer and bought a wireless HP Officejet 4632. I had difficulty setting it up so I called the technical support that was recommended by HP. The young man had a difficult time speaking English and asked for a credit card to bill me if this job was going to be difficult. He did try hard for several hours this first day and then again for several hours the second day (which he said was going to only take 15 minutes. It was an awful experience and I just gave up. The next day I tried to open my computer and I had lost my internet. This gentleman had me changing all my passwords and my internet company had to switch things all around. I still do not have a wireless printer which is not too bad. I just do not want a bill from this technical support person.
