I bought an HP laptop in MUMBAI India model number Pavilion n203-tx having serial no-5CD3482JGH.
The laptop is out of warranty from the past 2 months only.
I am having some problem with the keyboard , sometimes the shift key is always pressed and few keys stops working at all.
The surprising thing is that I have faced the same problem hardly 6 months back also and at that time the laptop was under warranty and the engineer replaced the keyboard.
Withing six months again the same thing is happening and this time nobody from the center is responding as they should.
The case id was given by a message for the complaint filed by me. The message also had 2 mobile numbers to contact the engineer and also said that the engineer will be deployed shortly.
I tried calling the number 100 times but both the numbers are switched off from the past 15 days and still no engineer from hp has responded despite me calling the center multiple times.
Is this kind of service you people provide??
I this kind of product you build which creates the same problem in 6 months??
Or is this previous engineers fault who replaced the keyboard only without analyzing the root cause and 6 months after, that same thing is happening.If this is the case then its not hard to understand what kind kind of service you and your engineers can provide.
I will definitely try not to recommend HP products to anybody after this experience.
