I bought a hp laptop in feb 2015 and by April of 2015 I started having problems with the laptop and when calling the tech support team they do a quick fix on the laptop just last Saturday I spent a hour on the phone again and got no were the say they will send someone out to replace the internet card and I don't understand why they would do that because it will connect to the internet if you go and set it back to an earlier date and time but again that a quick fix and that all it is and I will never buy another HP ever they are the biggest piece of junk and it was a waste of my money after dealing with this for 3 month I would have like them to replace the whole laptop but no one would hear of that I keep getting I will send you box and you can send it back too us we will take a look at it they would have it 3weeks or more but not quite a month but they also didn't want to hear that would be loosing money and every time it doesn't work I loose money its my job they seam like they don't care they got there money I just don't now why company don't care about there customers at all they sell these hunk of junks and keep doing quick fixes on them until the warranty is up I am not going to let this go by I will call everyday if I have to not t all impressed with Hewlett Packard at all years ago I had other laptops any problem that company fixed them or replaced it if need be... would never by this brand again would never recommend anyone to buy this brand.. when I first called in April was told it was the type on antivirus I was using and a computer guy that lives up the street from me said the was bull because he uses it on all of his and some are Hp and he has never had a problem with any of them so it sounds like they are grabbing at straw and trying t steep I under the rug and hope that it goes away or we keep going back in date and time but no I am not going to do his with all the money I spent on this laptop
