Sorry Computer


I called today and tried to get some help with my laptop. I purchased my computer 7/15/2016. My computer just sits and will not connect to the internet. I was told my warranty had expired. Does HP ever stand behind their computers? I did not appreciate the fact you cannot speak to an American. Every time you call you get somebody that does not understand what you are trying to say. I was told that I would have to pay for help. I will never buy anything else that has HP on it. Poor!!!!!! customer service.
