Absolute HP Warrantee Nightmare !!! Beware of HP ! ! ( - EliteDesk 800

technology nowadays is as critical to survival as water food and power as well as transportation and sewage....it is therefore with Great dismay and sadness that i report the downfall of one of what could have been a great American company......now I wish them the worst. So: what got me to this point of absolute exAsperation? >>>continue reading>>> I bought an Elite Desktop 800 G1, and was told the warrantee was still good. First call was told they cdon;t replace immediately, said OK.....was assured a tech would call me the next day and that on site (in home office) service was assured for the same day as the tech's call....the next day....stayed home the entire day.....to no avail...no one called at all. So of course I called them at 4;30 pm EST. on Tuesday July 18th 2017.....only to be rerouted 4 times until I got to the right department...(Desktop> Elite > Business) tech was in helping and then the line was automatically cut...of course on their end.... called back and rerouted again 4 times, only to be told they needed to transfer me to the dept. that handles customers who have already been assured of on-site tech appts......when transferred the a teleprompt system asked me to enter a required a two digit code and did not offer/have any option to be transferred back to customer service.. or to do anything else which would route me properly.......at this point I was furious but not shouting or cursing......emotions barely but still under control...I Called back a third time....and of course demanded to speak to a Manager.....the rep firmly refused to transfer me to a manager, saying that would not help....and refused to give his name...I promised (swore an oath actually) that i would track him down and do everything in my power to have him and/or his supervisor fired....and of course to complain firmly but politely. so there you go....TOTAL ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE trying to claim warrantee...DO NOT TRUST HP FOR THE LIFE OF YOU....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! If you care about the warrantee coverage....SSSSSStay AAAAAAway ! ! (
