    It all started 3 weeks ago when my laptop adaptor stopped charghing. I was surprised as i brought the laptop HP Pavillon 15-n259TX NB PC in end of May 2014. Anways..I called the customer support for the issue the lady on call told me that possbly it was because the BIOS was not updated and she walked me through a couple of steps to update the BIOS.     I ordered HP Notebook (HP 15-d047tu) & additional accessories (HP 8 GB Pen Drive + HP Wired Mouse + HP Headset with mic) on 20-Jun-2014. The order number is 399948. I have received my notebook however I HAVE NOT received additional accessories so far. It is now 8th week from the date of ordering.     This is the worst piece of crap I have ever seen. It's a shame that HP now makes products like that (and I used to work for HP many years ago when we took pride in reliability of our products). It stopped printing black 2 months after I bought it. Spent 3 hours on the phone with incomprehensible Indians service. A replacement printer came in today.     We have purchased a HP laptop recently on June 13th.With in 15 days it has got display and audio issue.We have given it in microcare computers pvt ltd ameerpet,hyderabad service center.they got it working.again with in one week same problem has occured.We gave it for service at the same place on 6th aug 13.But i haven't got any response from them till now.I myself called found it.Its still not repaired.Kindly replace the laptop with new one asap.     I'm reaching out with regards to the HP Envy 15 that I sent back earlier. I'm still having similar heat issues and not only is it a safety issue, my computer automatically shuts down after a few minutes of use. 1. On normal use (Chrome only), the computer CPU temperature rises to 80+ degrees celsius 2. With Excel and Word added (still very light usage), the temperature hit a high of 95 degrees 3.     I have been using HP at home and at work for a number of years. As the CFO for a company of over 5,000 I am responsible for deciding what computers/printers we buy.     I purchased a HP laptop in late 2010. It had a issue overheating after a few months. It was my first laptop so I assumed they had lass air flow and it was a normal occurrence.     Dear HP, I have always been very impressed with you products, thus when my daughter and her husband needed a Notebook to me their was only once choice, HP. I bought a HP Pavilion dv7-1130us Entertainment Notebook PC. It worked excellent then all of a sudden it overheated and died. Keep in mind that the laptop was run 24/7 and when it was running had a cooler under it to stop it from overheating.     This is the second time this has happened to me. I purchased High Capacity XL Cartridges at CostCo (Combo-Pack 564XL). Today, I began with the yellow, opened it (by taking off the orange tab) and the yellow ink had bubbled up and flowed over the sides. It wound up on my pants and rug! Last time, one of the black cartridges did the same thing -- landing on my pants that time too! Missed the carpeting then, however.     We got a G6 Laptop this past summer, and the thing was defective. The fan didn't work, so constant overheating issues, then the screen went weird. IN USE, the thing developed this odd "border". So we sent it in. First they claimed there was "liquid" damage to the battery, claiming it was shorted, and it works fine, NO damage at all.     I'm incredulous that an organization the size of HP cannot afford to provide decent customer support. I sent my laptop in for repairs, they fixed that problem but created three new ones when they repaired it. I need my laptop repaired in 8 days, which is well within their capability, but they want me to wait 2 business days to receive a cardboard box and shipping labels.     I started a small business about one year ago and purchased several HP products, 2 desktops, 1 laptop and an HP LaserJet 1536 dnfMFP, SN # CNB9B7VBSH. About two weeks go, our Laserjet started having problems with the paperfeed on top that would occasionally stop and not feed multiple pages to be copied.
