    Hi, This is regarding my purchase in Riyadh Jarir Bookstore on 15 February 2017, where I bought a PC from your official representative. I came back to them on the same date due to the unbearable noise from this PC. Due to this issue, I requested them to refund my money, offer a replacement for this faulty model, or even allow me to exchange it for another model (I offered to pay any price difference, if necessary), but they refused all my solutions.     I have a wireless computer and bought a wireless HP Officejet 4632. I had difficulty setting it up so I called the technical support that was recommended by HP. The young man had a difficult time speaking English and asked for a credit card to bill me if this job was going to be difficult.     I bought 2 of your G7 laptops for my adult children. I am a widow who is disabled, and this was a HUGE PURCHASE FOR ME!!!! The computers are a little over a years old, and they are falling apart. The hinge on the left-hand side broke apart, and now these laptops are useless! You should be ashamed of selling such a horribly made product.     It all started 3 weeks ago when my laptop adaptor stopped charghing. I was surprised as i brought the laptop HP Pavillon 15-n259TX NB PC in end of May 2014. Anways..I called the customer support for the issue the lady on call told me that possbly it was because the BIOS was not updated and she walked me through a couple of steps to update the BIOS.     I ordered HP Notebook (HP 15-d047tu) & additional accessories (HP 8 GB Pen Drive + HP Wired Mouse + HP Headset with mic) on 20-Jun-2014. The order number is 399948. I have received my notebook however I HAVE NOT received additional accessories so far. It is now 8th week from the date of ordering.     This is the worst piece of crap I have ever seen. It's a shame that HP now makes products like that (and I used to work for HP many years ago when we took pride in reliability of our products). It stopped printing black 2 months after I bought it. Spent 3 hours on the phone with incomprehensible Indians service. A replacement printer came in today.   • Overheating

    I'm reaching out with regards to the HP Envy 15 that I sent back earlier. I'm still having similar heat issues and not only is it a safety issue, my computer automatically shuts down after a few minutes of use. 1. On normal use (Chrome only), the computer CPU temperature rises to 80+ degrees celsius 2. With Excel and Word added (still very light usage), the temperature hit a high of 95 degrees 3.     I have been using HP at home and at work for a number of years. As the CFO for a company of over 5,000 I am responsible for deciding what computers/printers we buy. After today I will start to phase out all HP products. The customer service on line and on the phone was the worst I think I have ever seen.     I purchased a HP laptop in late 2010. It had a issue overheating after a few months. It was my first laptop so I assumed they had lass air flow and it was a normal occurrence. After about 15 months, the video screen stopped working. Since it was no longer under warranty I took it to a computer reapair place.     Dear HP, I have always been very impressed with you products, thus when my daughter and her husband needed a Notebook to me their was only once choice, HP. I bought a HP Pavilion dv7-1130us Entertainment Notebook PC. It worked excellent then all of a sudden it overheated and died. Keep in mind that the laptop was run 24/7 and when it was running had a cooler under it to stop it from overheating.   • Ink Damage

    This is the second time this has happened to me. I purchased High Capacity XL Cartridges at CostCo (Combo-Pack 564XL). Today, I began with the yellow, opened it (by taking off the orange tab) and the yellow ink had bubbled up and flowed over the sides. It wound up on my pants and rug! Last time, one of the black cartridges did the same thing -- landing on my pants that time too! Missed the carpeting then, however.
