  • Terrible Customer Service

    Do not both buying anything from HP! If you ever have an issue, you will not be able to contact anyone to sort it out so it's pointless! So a couple of months ago I purchased a HP Notebook. Since it arrived, the M button hasn't been stuck down and occasionally doesn't work. I decided to check my warranty to get it repaired. I only purchased this laptop in May 2017 and it says my warranty expires in October 2017, not even 6 months?! So I acted quickly to get this repaired before the warranty runs out.     The HP Officejet 4620 is a great printer for high speed printer and wireless printing capabilities. My complaint is : TINSTALLING NEW INK CATRIDGES... IT IS AN ABSOLUTE AGGREVATION FOR SYSTEM PROMPTED QUESTION. While installing you answer all question regarding Yes - New Cartridge purchase ND Yes - Cartridge is NOT A COUNTERFEIT. System message then still tells you it is and coAntinues to agreviated more questions to the point of tell you the cartridge install in COLOR : MAGENTA, when my box from STAPLES says BLACK (NOIR).   • 4 times a charm???

    I bought this computer April 26 2012 since then it has been in for repairs with HP 3 times. Each time they replaced the motherboard. It again comes up in a diagnostic test that the board is bad. It's the board and the power supply. When you touch the screen or the side you can feel the heat being so hot that it isn't cooling correctly, which is why the motherboard is dying. I again wrote to HP and am awaiting the reply from the escalating team leader which I was told would be Monday or Tuesday. All they need to do is fix the power supply/cooling unit and replace motherboard again.... More...

  • No Tech Support

    I bought my HP Pavilion dv7-1260us in early 2010. Recently, I bought an HDMI cable, which my computer does not seem to recognize. I don't believe there is anything wrong with the computer, which has worked fine this past year - rather I am almost certain it's as simple as downloading an driver or, adjusting the settings. I called up tech support to receive some guidance as to what I should do and was immediately informed that I would need to pay about $50 for someone to come over and fix my computer because my warranty is up.   • Printer Issues

    We bought a new printer, a HP Photosmart C6380 on July 4, 2099. With tax it was $165.34. We bought ink cartridges at that time. We have since bought more cartridges. We hardly ever print, but it is nice if we could. The print is not working have the time. I have to say we will not by another HP unless you can send me a ooupon or voucher for ink cartridges. We should not be going thru ink and the printer acts up all the time. We were told it would print up to 800 pages between cartridges. We purchased our printer at Best Buy in Brighton MI. More...

  • vivera HP inks.

    I just want to inform HP that their quality on their replacement ink cartridges has been dominishing. I have all HP computer products and they have served me well. The only complaint I have is my HP vivera cartridges when installed new, out of the new package are not always full. This has happened more often lately. I don't know if you are aware of this fact or not. Please take note of this fact. My All in One,model C5180 works fine but shows me my new cartidges are not always full.   • More Terrible HP Customer Service

    All I was trying to determine was the speed of the ram in a computer I had bought a while back. Of course it was out of warranty so 3 out of the 10 times I called them I got someone helpful, and those helpful tech support people (while being all but completely unknowledgeable about the product) could not answer my simple question. The most interesting conversation was the last one, where the woman kept stating I needed to purchase a warranty before she could answer the question.
