    We purchased a HP all in one model 20c143w Contacted customer support numerous times but on March 6 they say they show no complaint but will fix my problem for a price. Computer does not connect to internet. was told March 16 2017 it was out of its 90 day software warranty yes they waited till out of warranty and wont fix it. but was under warranty on first contact call.     I called today and tried to get some help with my laptop. I purchased my computer 7/15/2016. My computer just sits and will not connect to the internet. I was told my warranty had expired. Does HP ever stand behind their computers? I did not appreciate the fact you cannot speak to an American. Every time you call you get somebody that does not understand what you are trying to say.     I bought a brand new HP streambook a few months ago. About 3 weeks ago the keyboard started acting up. The shift keys were typing random characters when pushed. I contacted HP and after 2 hours and speaking with a supervisor, I was told that HP would send me a box with return postage in order to have the keyboard malfunction fixed.   • HP Envy Printer

    We purchased an HP Envy Printer less than a year ago. It has been nothing but trouble. From the beginning the printer left streaks when printing colour but I just thought we needed to clean the head. We have cleaned it 20 times and it has never printed well. The AirPrint feature has NEVER worked! 9 out of 10 times I have to restart the printer so it can connect to the computer, or it asks me to check the paper and adjust the paper tray.     I purchased a tower pc from Currys(knowhow) on 09/07/2014. It has never worked properly since i ook it out of the box. I have even taken t to knowhow Isle of wight.     I have had nothing but problems with this computer since I bought it.I have already had technical support on the phone twice.     It's cheap... and cheaply made. The "mouse" is awful and keypad is worse. Laptop locks up all the time and must be rebooted (had it checked for viruses and none were found by computer tech). You can be typing along and it will just stop, then start again leaving out words. I bought this to do social networking, auctions, and copy writing (part time). I've come close to throwing it off the dock but it would just pollute the water because it's garbage. Save another $150 or so and get a real computer! Wish I had done that =O More...

    on 4/08/15 I called to the call centre to get a new hard drive as my laptop is still under warranty, was told to send a proof of purchase as it shoed that I was out on warranty. I send it through on 5/8/15 & I was promised that it will be updated & I will get my new hard drive.     H.P. online store is a bait and switch scam! managers and employees are liars! Ordered a lap top, paid with card. received a phone call a couple hours later to confirm billing/delivery address, they confirmed order. less than an Hour later received an Email cancelling order, spent 20 plus min. waiting on phone and and another 30 with an "ASSociate" to reorder.     Hello, Recently I bought an HP printer. When I opened the packaging, I found no USB cable to connect my printer to my computer. I called the reseller who told me that the problem was with HP itself. THEY NO LONGER SUPPLY USB CABLE FOR PRINTERS. When I learned about this, I was furious.     My laptop was approximately one year old (two weeks before warranty lapse) when the case came apart at the left hinge. I called HP and after some discussion they finally agreed to fix it.     I had this printer until it was a couple of months out of warranty and then it would no longer print black ink, which is what I primarily need it for. I switched out cartridges, tried every test and alignment they offered, went online, found nothing, asked for someone to call me%u2014no one ever did.     I recently contacted HP for my HP 110-023w regarding not being able to connect to the Internet. The technician offered me all kinds of paid support from $99.99 up to over $200.00 for the service.     Very disappointed with HP Officejet 6600. The damn thing is always checking itself, forever, forever,...Also, I don't use color ink for printing.     printer had crashed. Called HP for support said viruses were on my computer. Signed up and paid $500 for 5 yr virus protection.Never have done anything like that before. It was the tactics used that I hated. As soon as I mentioned I was older and not that teckie it was like they swooped in for the kill.     I had an HP Envy notebook. Suddenly one day I got an error that said "Display Driver stopped working," I rebooted, and got the same error. I called HP support. They said to run a Refresh (resets everything except documents and music).     Less than 2 years ago I bought two HP G7 laptop computers for my adult children. I am a widow who is disabled, and purchasing two laptops was a HUGE expense for me!     I purchased the HP ENVY 15 J048TX Notebook on 10th October 2013. I also have an HP Care Pack as I am a student and I travel for academic purpose. I am currently in France and my laptop keyboard, finger print recognition and keypad stopped working suddenly somewhere end of March 2014.
