    I ordered a hp note on 24sept and order number SCP0512909. on 30sept 2014 I received a note from hp saying that my payment received on 29sept. the worst part is, I will receive my note book on 30 nov. one month after my order. money first and delivery at their own convenience. is this how hp work. take money, let the buyer wait at their sweet time. at this rate hp computers will close down because others flying fast while hp still floating in the old era of superiority. wake up hp More...

    This is my first computer that I purchased in January of 2014, since the first one did not work properly so I got another one that is working even worst. I have no applications on it or downloads. When I watching a video, the screen turns green and when I cut it off, it comes back on after a period of time.     I'm getting ready to drop of my laptop at a recycling center tomorrow, but not before I just express my woes about HP. I bought an HP Pavilion dv6000 a few years ago. I was getting ready to return back to school. This was my first brand new laptop that was all my own. I paid $700 plus for it. After two months I had to take it back to BestBuy and get it fixed.     To whom it may concern, I am writing this letter as a very displeased costumer. I own an hp laptop and in less than a year, it has broken down more than seven times. Despite all these problems hp refused to change my laptop, which was obviously faulty.     I purchased the HP ENVY 15 J048TX Notebook on 10th October 2013. I also have an HP Care Pack as I am a student and I travel for academic purpose. I am currently in France and my laptop keyboard, finger print recognition and keypad stopped working suddenly somewhere end of March 2014.     After being a HP costumer for many years, I will never buy another HP product, I bought a top of the line wireless printer a couple months ago and called them several times about the number of copies from my ORIGINAL STORE BOUGHT cartridges I got all the XL colors and I was getting very few pages.     I purchased a remanufactured black ink cartridge (for a C4280 Photosmart printer) from Giant Eagle, Inc. here in Pittsburgh, PA. I have purchased this particular cartridge in the past (though not recently) and had absolutely no problems. However, it is my firm understanding that HP printers will not anymore allow for the use of "after market" cartridges as such.     Bought a HP printer in April. Made the mistake of enrolling in "INSTA INK" don't do it! I repeat DON'T DO IT!! It took two days and several hours of holding on the phone because they were so disorganized! I should have known right there but I cut them some slack!
