Fraudulent Customer Service

I called a # found on HP's website 855 406 0285, the guy didnt spk a bit of english and wasnt concerned with helping me resolved my issue. He had no more knowledge than i do about computers and ultimately wanted to sell me a product. I told him I had a computer guy and wasnt calling about this. He now has access to my system and I am PISSED off about it. I have called 4 different #'s to spk with a Sup and nothing. I will NEVER buy another HP Product. They must be in with theses fruadelent people. BEWARE
